We have used Reliable Heating & Cooling 2 times now. We noticed our furnace wasn’t keeping up. Allen and his crew came out quick, found the problem, and replaced the furnace at a great price. Fast forward just over a year, middle of summer, our AC gave out in the middle of a heat wave. Allen came out, told me the issue, and got it taken care of immediately. I have since recommended his business to several family and friends. Won’t be using anyone other than Reliable.
This company is horrible. They do not pick up the phone, return calls, and they have left me without a furnace for weeks in the middle of winter. Do not use this company, use literally anyone else in the area. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
The guys who come out and do the work are fine but administration is awful. I've been waiting for over a week for a call back. Have complained when their voicemail would actually let me leave a message and still not hearing back. I have been without heat for over 3 weeks. DO NOT USE Service: Heating system repair
