We have used Kats since they started several years ago for both maintenance and service. Always on time, professional and courtesy. This time Luis explained every aspect of his inspection and testing. He has served our system before and the old humidifier was replaced. Great service. Extremely reliable. LOOK NO FURTHER!! This company and the people who work for them are absolutely amazing. I have used them several times with the most recent being yesterday. Angel came and he was here for hours trying to fix my AC unit that decided to just stop working. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was wrong and what needed to happen to resolve my issues. I will never call any other company except KATS and feel so happy I FINALLY have a go to for all my heating and cooling needs! Thanks, again, Angel. I got home from work yesterday and found my house to be freezing. My wife decided to call Kats Heating because they are local to Lagrange Park. 30 minutes after she made the call, one of their service technicians was at my front door. Louie was very polite and professional. He had quickly determined that my ignition system had failed within the furnace and was able to quickly grab the parts off his truck and have us up back and running! They even offered a maintenance plan for a few bucks monthly, and he was able to give me 30% off the repair for joining the maintenance plan! Awesome service!
