So far, so good. We're just in the beginning stages of my actual renovations. I decided to go with Pavilion because of their expertise doing condominium renovations. There are so many hoops to jump through, and Justin, my project manager, has taken care of every one of them. He's been awesome, and is always there if I have questions or concerns.
