My appointment window was between 10 am and 2 pm, much to my surprise the technician scheduled for my AC maintenance was available approximately 10:20 am. This young man called to see if I was home when advised I was he stated he was outside. He greeted me identified himself and gave me an approximate time it would take to complete the job outside before coming in. He was exceptionally polite and professional, he completed the outside as well as inside, he questioned the last time I changed my air filter and offered to change it, however as he attempted he shared my filter was clean and didn’t need changing. He allowed me to see the inside bottom of my unit stated it was very clean and commended me on how clean it has been maintained. He provided a sticker on my furnace to show date of maintenance, he ask if I had any questions or concern prior to him leaving. Overall he was just a conscientious individual, he did a GREAT job.

I was very impressed with the saleperson. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. The installation was done very promptly without any issues. Accidental damage to a utility sink was repaired the next day at no charge. The HVAC system I installed has worked very well without any issues and was priced at a very competitive rate. We had a duct cleaning before we moved into our new house. I assume the work was done well but have no idea of knowing. I was not home during the process so I don't know what all was done. The part that was frustrating was the mess the technician left behind in every room. We requested the vents not be reinstalled so we could replace them. However, there were mounds of dust in front of every vent that was cleaned. In addition to the mounds of dust, the entire house was covered in a layer of dust. For the cost of the service, I would had expected better clean up. The tech could not get some vents off due to stripped out screws. I would expect a company that does duct cleaning to provide their workers with the proper tools and knowledge on how to remove stripped screws so that the service could be completed 100%.
