So we had and issue wit are heating unit very early Saturday morning they came to our house at 230 am they found the issue they took our deposit and told us they would be back in the morning once the part store open . They had us like this all day we call three different time and told us. We was getting service 930 PM came and they told they wasn't able to come due to no part in hand that they will call us Sunday morning . They called us Sunday morning and notified us that they didn't stick the part till Monday morning . Not only they took our deposit they us charge us the emergency fee . Bad service all around I had senior in the house and a small child lack of communication for the company. I canceled service from a different company cause the tech that came Saturday morning re insured us that they was coming in the morning. Bad bad bad. Bad
I called Ed to come to the house to power rod my sewer line because the company my in-laws (previous owners) no-showed twice when called. All in all the total service for the power rod and the upcoming chemical trea
