Always a pleasure dealing with Amy Home Services! Heather on the phones is great! Tim is wonderful and my favorite plumber! We just had our annual HVAC inspection. The professional service person was cordial and very pleasant. He answered all the questions that we had. He also gave us some helpful insights on how this year's inspection compared to last year's. He was efficient. We have used Amy Home Services for quite a few years now and they have NEVER disappointed us.

Dishonest people. They used to be honest and professional. I have used them for 15+ years. This must be one of the new generation Amy Heating and Plumbing. They will do whatever they can to get out of any warranty you purchase. I have put in 5 new furnaces, A/C units, a tankless water heater and Plumbing and electrical services. Unfortunately I purchased their 10 year warranties for all furnaces and A/C units. Yesterday I was told the A/C was Installed using the wrong piping and elbow. He replaced the piping and today my basement is flooded with water.
