Their claim specialist, Roberto is very polite & professional. Always responded on time & answered all my questions & concerns! Did an amazing job with my home. Thank you ABP!
The roofer was going to fix some gutter work. They accepted the job, telling me they could do it, then what they needed for parts, and ended up replacing a DIFFERENT gutter. When I asked why they didn't fix my initial problem, they pointed out I didn't have a fascia BUT charged me to repair the fascia in the first place. This was the giveaway that they either knew the entire time they could never repair it or didn't even bother to assess the problem properly. They even asked me to pay an additional $700 for a strip of gutter they ordered that was a mistake if I wanted to keep it. The wrong gutter that was repaired was NOT a $700 piece of material. If you choose to work with this company, keep the text messages and a record of the project plan/contract/quote to keep yourself protected if you need to prove poor process. But I'd suggest you stay away and look elsewhere.
Apreciated that they always took their time to answer all the questions I had & boy did I have many ???? I mean I must of changed my mind on the color & material so many times haha yet I never felt rushed which honestly I cant thank them enough for. Overall 10/10 would hire again and would recomend others to as well! Good luck picking out what color you want online stranger ???? hope you have an easier go of it!
