The water tank broke and he was able to come out the next day to replace it also did not know our some pump was not working. Frank had one on the truck and was able to fix that. I had a plumbing emergency this weekend. AM/FM came within 1 1/2 hours. I was pretty certain what the issue was and was prepared for it to be very costly. Raoul came and took a look at it and the problem was not as severe as I had expected. My amateur diagnosis was disproved and Raoul took care of the issue for much less than I had expected to pay. Raoul was polite and mild mannered. It was a pleasure to have such a skilled and polite young man come to our rescue. Thanks Raoul!
