You do need to be sure to confirm the text appointment else they won't show up on time. But, they did accommodate and still came out same day. The work was a little expensive. Needed some caulking in bathroom and some drywall assistance. Was hesitant to call but the person who came out was easy to work with and explained everything in layman’s term which helped a lot. Service was quick and easy. Called in morning and someone was out couple of hours later same day. After work, work area was cleaned and it was explained how to maintain what was done. Technician did not know how to install the Wedi shower kit and all the work had to be ripped out. I was told it would be a 3 day job and then they had no tile man to install tile. Technician used grout not thin set for shower pan which is a major mistake. Would not recommend. Services: Tile work replacement, Remodeling
