Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, & Electric

I called them because I have a leak from the discharge line connected to sump pump. They charge 85 dollars for a service call. They lady on the phone waived the fee and sent tech out. He comes takes so pictures and says he has to send out a master tech and tells me the charge is 85 dollars. U been here 3 mins take some pictures and tell me u have to send someone else out and they will charge 85 dollars. Didn't get a quote wat he think the solution could be nothing. Terrible company don't waste your time throw the whole company in the trash.

Tech was very professional and nice. It would be better if 4 seasons would schedule ac and furnace tune ups at the same time. In years past it was very convenient to have both done at the same time, and now it's sit at home and wait for two different appointments from the same tech. Waste of techs time and owners time. *Edit*. Spoke with the manager, who was extremely helpful. Good communication and he resolved all issues. I am very satisfied and will continue to use four seasons. ????

I called Four Seasons for a plumbing issue, and they came out right away that same day. The technician was very nice, professional, and on time. Everything was explained to me in detail and the price was very reasonable. I was very happy and satisfied with their services. I highly recommend them. Great Company!
