I contacted Browns Heating & Cooling for an estimate and they were super responsive. I initially didn’t book right away because I wanted to compare prices before making a final decision. They were not pushy about me shopping around; which was greatly appreciated. I finally decided on selecting them to install central air and they were great! Professional during the estimates and the install. Timely, responsive and I truly appreciate their hard work. I would definitely book with them for all central air services or maintenance. My family and I had a great experience with Browns Cooling! Our furnace stopped working the night before Christmas Eve 2022. Our home was freezing, however Browns took a last min appt on Christmas Day to repair our furnace. They also offer financing which was amazing. We had our new furnace installed right before NYE. The installation and parts costs were very reasonable and the quality of the new furnace is wonderful! I highly recommend Browns Cooling! Services: A/C filter replacement, HVAC system maintenance, HVAC duct & vent installation

I reached out to Ramod at 9:30pm last night about having my furnace repaired. He replied immediately and was at my house by 7:30am this morning to run diagnostics. Two hours later the furnace was fixed. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and very fairly priced. I plan to use Browns Heating & Cooling again and highly recommend their services.
