Trident recently replaced my roof. I had been struggling for years to get my roof replaced through my insurance company (top 3 insurance company in the US), but my claims were repeatedly rejected. Anthony, a Public Adjuster with Trident, happened to be canvassing in my sub-division & approached me one day in June 2022, about my roof. I told him I wasn't interested because of my insurance repeatedly declining my roofing replacement claims. Anthony went on to explain to me and my wife how Trident would process the claim, and that Trident would submit the claim to my insurance and walk the claim through the approval process and that I would not have to deal with my insurance.
