I have used this company for several years and was very pleased with the work that Jesse Morris did at my home recently. Jesse was well prepared, took a look at the problems and managed to repair the two items on my list within an hour, which included a trip to the Home Depot near me. Jesse was very friendly and very kind, especially with my 2 doggies. He is extremely competent and didn't waste any time making the repairs. I highly recommend Budget Right Handyman, and Jesse in particular. Jesse replaced a valve that was causing a toilet to continuously run and also installed some closet supports in the main closet. Had a very negative customer service experience with Victor, a project manager with Budget Right. I reached out to remedy an issue where the handyman arrived late but charged for the additional half hour. I sent the information in with screenshot of our buzzer system to show the late arrival. Victor the Project Manager called me back and had a very negative tone, accused me of "changing my story", said "This is the year 2023, we track by GPS", that "these are technically billable hours", and that "next time you might want to actually take a look at what you're signing". He was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I even felt that I needed to ask if I had offended HIM in some way based on the tone he used when speaking with me. The actual service provided was satisfactory. I would have been okay if said there was nothing he could do, or credit towards my next service. Victor said that he would adjust the time by 30 minutes as requested but continued to tell me how how I need to be realist
