I wish someone else would have come knocking on my door... I did have extensive Hail Damage. I have been trying to get a an I to get an issue resolved for 2 years now! Now a new issue has come up with trim coming down.No response. I can't even count the times I've left voice messages. I feel they have my calls going directly to voicemail.

Do your research before you hire this company!! They continue to change their name from MidAmerica to NRC to this current name. They damaged our home- hardwood floors, walked off the job, and now have been in court for almost 2 years. We had to pay for all repairs while our insurance check still sits with them. This has been a 4 year nightmare! They even threatened twice that they had put liens on our home in an attempt to intimidate us without legal basis and sent threatening letters when they are the ones who walked off the job. As you can see from the photos, they NEVER used floor coverings even though they charged our insurance for them. Their workers were on metal stilts while repairing the drywall and completely gauged our floors. Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

After a hail storm last year a representative came knocking at our door offering a free inspection. I must admit I was weary at first especially since it was a door to door solicitor. That being said the guy ended up being really cool and once he determined there was in fact damage, he was in contact every step of the process to get an insurance adjuster out and the project approved. First thing in the sprig when weather allowed they were out replacing our roof and gutters. It is hard to find fault with anything about the way they handled the situation from start to finish. All I can say is thank you to Jeff and Sylvia who were my main points of contact and thank you for a job well done by the field crew.
