I wish someone else would have come knocking on my door... I did have extensive Hail Damage. I have been trying to get a an I to get an issue resolved for 2 years now! Now a new issue has come up with trim coming down.No response. I can't even count the times I've left voice messages. I feel they have my calls going directly to voicemail.

We had a great experience with NRC! The overall process was very smooth and everyone we worked with was professional and knowledgeable. Steve did a great job of presenting the project and followed up with us throughout the project. Luis and Kyle were also awesome to work with when it came to customer service. Not only were they friendly, but real responsive to all of our questions. The work was done in a timely manner and the roof looks awesome. My experience with NRC was overall good. Eddie Bahena was great! He is responsive and just a pleasure to work with. I had my roof and gutters replaced. I am only disappointed that I didn't get full reimbursement for the reinstallation of my cable dish. I first reported what I thought Dish Network would charge me but the actual bill came in higher. When I reached out to NRC they thought $79 was too small to go back to the insurance company yet they didn't offer to pay out their pocket. Services: Gutter repairs, Roof installation
