I haven’t had my furnace serviced in years, not Only did Mr Burris do an amazing job, he was very knowledgeable in explaining the issue I was having! He went floor by floor in my 3 flat and made sure my heating system was in top top shape! We found a leaky valve and before I could come back upstairs he had it fixed…. A true heating and cooling guru! I’d recommend to anyone Thank you again

My furnace didn’t start up the day before the cold wave came through. I said, Lord who do I call. I was driving on near 87th & Stoney Island where I saw Mr. Burris driving his company truck. I called to schedule service. Mr. Burris came out on time. He discovered the problem immediately which was the fan belt.He made the repair within minutes. I was very pleased to have heat on the coldest night of the season. Mr. Burris is the man to call for all your HVAC or plumbing work. He is a true gem & asset to the community. Mr. Burris received a resolution from the City Council of the City of Chicago, IL Thank you for your honor & sacrifice as a veteran. November 9, 2022 was your birthday. Mr. Burris has been a true godsend to our property management company!
