I've been calling on Mr. Burris for all of my furnace and plumbing needs for at least 2 years. He is so skilled and experienced that I call him "The Furnace Whisperer". I really appreciate that he troubleshoots the possible small causes first, before automatically assuming it's something big - which often ends up saving money on little fixes. I hope he lives forever, because I don't know who else I'd trust to be as responsive, fast, reasonably-priced, and good.

I placed a service call to Burris & Sons for a plumbing issue I was having. Mr. Burris responded to my call within an hour or less and was on site earlier than expected. I was very impressed with Mr. Burris' professionalism and chatting with him on the personal side as well. Our plumbing issue was fixed within an hour we got our kitchen sink back and leak in basement fixed. Reasonable pricing, excellent and prompt service. I highly recommend Mr. Burris-Burris & Sons. On one of the coldest nights of the year, Mr. Burris saved the day. Our furnace went out and after four seasons told us it would be $10k, I called my father and he said he “had a guy.” Mr. Burris is special. Not only has he been fixing furnaces for over 60 years- he’s a kind man with patience to figure out the problem. We had a few laughs while he was at my home and he showed me the importance of getting a second opinion from an honest source. I’m so relieved that I now can say “I’ve got a guy.” Mr. Burris for President!
