I’ve used Ralph’s for five years for heating maintenance and they’ve been responsive and reasonably priced. Recently, our boiler went out on the coldest days so far in Chicago. Ralph’s had identified a new boiler and begun installation by noon the day after I called and got us back with heat by the next evening when their guys stayed late to make it work. Very professional. Ralph’s Heating and Air Conditioning repaired my furnace. They were the fairest price and did high quality work. Ralph’s has high standards and truly does care that the job is done right so that I would not have any more problems. They then cleaned and inspected my entire furnace and I know feel comforted and confident knowing I will have a safe and warm winter, Ralph’s technicians have high quality training and are good people.
