A technician named James came out and quickly identified the issue as a clogged drain. He worked efficiently and professionally to clear the blockage and eliminate the unpleasant odor. James also took the time to explain how I could avoid similar issues in the future. We needed a new water line run to the fridge after we found out it was all copper pipe. They set us up and let us know that they'd get somebody out as soon as possible. They were able to come within a few hours. Ricky was very easy to work with, quick and responsive to my questions. Highly recommend!
