Reputable company, highly knowledgeable. Had issues with my AC which another company misdiagnosed. Deljo knew what they were doing. Decided to pursue a replacement of my furnace and AC system. Removal and Installation went smooth. Dave Meyers led the install and was very professional and thorough making sure everything was in working order. My only gripe is that the equipment was not inspected thoroughly for any manufacturing defects prior to installation and there was some minor damage to the AC fins that were irreparable. All in all, the service, sales, and install team at Deljo were nice to work with, very respectful, and well trained.

Joe spent an incredible amount of time and attention making sure he diagnosed my furnace's issue, with an excellent amount of thoroughness and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Jim was extremely helpful in working through my best options for the furnace replacement, and Juan and Dave were fantastic as installers, they not only took care to do their job excellently, but also alerted me to an unrelated plumbing issue and helped me fix it! All in all it took less than 48 hours to diagnose a broken furnace and replace it, right before the coldest week of the winter. Highly recommend!
