Deljo Heating & Cooling

I scheduled an appointment with Deljo, along with 8 other companies. Out of the 8 companies I interviewed, Mike, from Deljo, was THE ONLY sales rep, who shook my hand at the door. Mike went through and inspected my 20 year old condenser, which was the only equipment I wanted to replace, at the time. After further inspection, Mike recommended and sold me on the fact that I should also replace my 20 year old furnace. There was no annoying sales pitch, I didn't get the sense of him trying to upsale me on something I didn't need, my gut just told me Mike was looking out for my best interest. He sat down ran the numbers and offered me 3 different options. Mike explained each option, with patience and kindness, several times. After our 30 min conversation, I was convinced Deljo would be the best company to work with. Came to repair Thursday my 24 year old system. The repair was way too costly for my old unit. So decided to replace. Friday met with super knowledgeable Jim from sales found a unit that would work for me. Saturday said they would be there and start at 730 am. 730am on the dot Adrian and Evan were at back door ready to work. 6 hours later I was cool.
