Alex at Goode is hands down the best plumber I’ve ever worked with. We’ve had multiple issues over the years and met many plumbers and Alex was heads and shoulders above the rest. We’ve work with other members of the Goode team before as well (this is our second experience) and been extremely happy with their guidance, analysis, explanations and quality work across the whole team. John arrived within 5 minutes after his call. He was personable and respectful. He gave me a detailed description of what needed to be done and what the price would be. He also explained extra services that Goode Plumbing could provide. He did not pressure me, which I appreciated. He said that the plumbers would arrive sometime on Friday, and that they would call me beforehand. I appreciated his business-like manner.
