Vanguard sent out two professionals to install a new water heater in our basement. The water heater is located in a tricky spot: in the back of our basement, behind HVAC system on one side, sink on the other, wall, and sump pump. They navigated around all of this, installed the new water heater, and cleaned up nicely; they also took the time to explain how it worked and make sure our questions were answered. We really appreciated this. We had sent many pictures and talked through the install with Vanguard prior to the professionals coming out, so the total time was exactly what was estimated, as well as the cost, despite the tricky install and having to reinstall our slop sink and move the washer.
