Had an excellent experience with Mark's repair of our AC unit. He communicated promptly and efficiently. He performed the repair quickly and effectively. He was friendly and professional. Best of all, he invited me over to his place for beers if I'm ever up north. Definitely recommend.

I could not be happier with my experience using Pasieka Services. My air conditioner stopped working (very weak airflow) and the house was no longer cooling. I called around a few different places - no one else answered or even called me back in the same day. When I called Mark, he answered right away and promptly scheduled a time for later that evening to come out and take a look at the problem (even though he was booked solid, he still made time at the end of his day). Not only was he able to come earlier than originally expected, but he was very communicative and texted me his ETA as soon as he was on the way. Mark quickly diagnosed the problem and went right to work with fixing it, despite the fact that he was getting into a messy situation (the previous company that installed the water heater and furnace left the area in a condition that made it difficult to repair the problem with the A/C). The problem is fixed and the price was very fair, so I highly recommend Mark for any HVAC

So very happy. Had a puzzling and complex problem that Mark was able to troubleshoot and resolve in an hour when other companies literally turned down the work. Fast response, on time, great communication, fair rates, nice guy as well. Highly recommend!
