Our condo association uses Norbert and his crew for a lot of our maintenance & repair issues, so I did not hesitate to trust him for a few repairs in my individual unit. In a span of a week, his crew helped remove mold and repaint a bathroom, replace/rebuild rotting deck boards, and resolve an electrical issue with my breakers. My husband and I have had nothing but nightmare experiences with contractors so when it came time to hang a door on our bedroom closet we kept putting it off! I found Norbert on Yelp based on his amazing reviews from others. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!! I honestly wish I would have found him much sooner!! He is exceptional when it comes to good communication, detailed explanation and of course his craftsmanship. He showed up on time, had everything needed for the job (which threw him a few curveballs along the way) and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product! He takes his time to make sure things are done right and I was extremely impressed to see him go back to make a few “tweaks”until they were perfect. He is honest, professional and again does amazing work! I can now see why he’s so booked up (but completely worth the wait!!!) Thanks for the excellent job and I can’t wait to work with you again!
