Warning this place charges by the hour not the job. They took advantage and charged me thousands of dollars when I needed emergency labor. Do not use them. I recently needed more plumbing work for a different non emergency project and after getting more quotes I received a free hour estimate and a reasonably fixed price for the work. when I asked them about doing work they tried to charge me extra to come out in the snow and the operator Ray was extremely rude. Please beware they are a rip off and I would def never use them again.

Power Plumbing replaced the failed wax ring which caused problems downstairs; they successfully dealt with the bad original installation of the toilet, unclogged the bathroom sink, and replaced parts which caused the toilet to run so often. I smiled as I wrote the check. Highest recommendation. Service: Toilet repair

We have hired power plumbing a while back for a couple different jobs and they have done a good job in the past. But their customer service has really deteriorated lately. We've been trying to get an estimate on a water issue for over 2 months now (since June!) and they continue to say their estimators will call us but the estimators never call. Each time we call to follow up they say "we're sorry but it's just been really busy." I totally understand being busy but it's been over 2 months now without a call back or estimate. Very frustrating...
