Service technician was knowledgeable and polite. My sink was unclogged. However your bank account will also be empty at the end of the service. Very over priced for a simple job. I only learned this after researching once the job was done. $499 for a simple unclogging. Didn't know that I could rent the same tool from home Depot's for a fraction of the price. Although the job was done, I would consider this unprofessional business practice. Again, the work was great but if you can do a bit of research you could save yourself some money. If you don't care about the cost, then this is the company for you. -In response to the owner. Overcharging consumers for simple unclogging can be seen as a misrepresentation effort, equipment, quality of service or skill to perform the service. Updated review: I wish I could give Rescue Plumbing 7 stars. I thought my new plumbing had a leak and it turned out that I installed the shower head wrong (massive facepalm). The same team visited my home and they were gracious, understanding, and fixed the issue quickly. Love this company. Logan and Jenkis were awesome. They were timely, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend Rescue Plumbing!
