Since I started working with Prime Plumbing Service, they have provided me with excellent service especially in contrast to what I have witnessed with other companies. They show up on time and they are very knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves and stayed on task. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner when he came to estimate the job and the plumber, an exceptional young man who actually did the work and did it well. Hard worker!! Ben really is just the best. Not only was his work done to perfection, he also provided some really necessary education on how to maintain my new water softener. He walked through everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand. He is also just a great guy in general.
