Rob and his team were very responsive for a plumbing issue. Rob was honest and up front about costs with strong communication throughout the whole process. I will use his services again for home repair/maintenance
The plumbers were quick, efficient, and exceedingly helpful and professional. They coordinated with our building's water shut off schedule. Rob was very knowledgeable on the phone and his office was responsive and flexible regarding the appointment time. Great service. Hope I don't have to call again soon, but will definitely be calling them if I need anything in the future. *** Edited to add that I also hired an electrician and carpenter through Rob West, and they were both punctual and efficient. They did a great job on replacing fixtures, installing switches, and building and installing a custom barn door. They were on time, tidy, and did a great job very quickly. Rob and crew installed a tankless water heater. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly. The install was a bit of a challenge given the limited space and vent issues.
