Excellent encounter with Roy and his team! When I inquired about some requirements for our apartment, Roy responded quickly and offered a quote. We required the installation of a coat rack, a sound bar, a curtain rod, and some repairs to the molding in our bathroom. Everything appears to have been completed successfully. Everyone on the team was very nice and wore masks. We will absolutely contact Santos Handyman Service once more in the future. Service: General construction
Richard and Ben did a great job getting the work done quickly and cleanly and did a very good job cleaning up after themselves. Ben came out and did a great job letting me know what options I had for getting updated and Richard did a great job keeping in touch with when and what things needed to be done still. I didn't have to do anything besides let them in in the morning to do their work. Trustworthy gentlemen as I was able to leave them in the house while at work and nothing was disturbed when I got home.
The technician did an excellent job rebuilding a corner of my porch and replacing cracked limestone sills and rusted lintels above glass block windows. His brickwork and attention to detail in mortar matching is great, you can’t tell where the tuck-pointing was done - which is saying a lot for a 90 year old house. Overall he was very knowledgeable and good at his craft, I would recommend Santos to anyone in the area.
