Shawn was so great to work with! He was very responsive and personable and did a great job fixing all of our many electrical problems after we had an electrical fire. He worked directly with our insurance to get it all covered, which was a life saver! Highly recommend. Services: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading, Electrical wiring repair
Spoke with an individual in regards to installing outlets and a bathroom fan but they never called back with a price and installation date. Called again and left a message but nothing. Update: I had a great conversation with Jason. I ended up being out of their service zone but was sent a list of recommendations for contractors in my area. This was probably the best follow up I've received in a while. So thank you Sapphire!
The electrican’s did an amazing job in my home in Lincoln Park. I continue to be impressed with the level of service provided. Excellent communication, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and competitive pricing. I highly recommend the Sapphire electrican’s.
