As an elderly single woman, my experience with responses from other roofing companies was dismal at best, with no follow through. Smart Roofing emailed me, sent a quote and Pete, the foreman (and relative of the owner) was professional and came out listening patiently to all my questions. The business is family owned and their pride in what they have built shows. The team of 4 guys were professional, cleaned up every night and when they encountered a broken pipe along a dormer called Pete immediately who asked for my approval, then went to Home Depot, bought a repair pipe and sealant and explained exactly why I might have been getting water in the dining room ceiling. All within an hour!.They inspected all my boards and said everything was in good shape. They could of scammed me but they are straight forward, honest and I would highly recommend them. We had just purchased our house and not a month into ownership, shingles came off our roof. Worried, we were referred to Smart Roofing by our inspector, and they promptly came to give advice on our all our options without pressure. Once insurance provided an estimate of coverage, the wheels were in motion, and our roof was repaired in relatively no time. Everyone we spoke with was respectful and thorough, addressing any concerns we had. The roof looks wonderful and our experience was positive. I'd recommend them to friends and family in the area.
