Last week we had some heavy rain that poured for a couple days along with high winds that blew off the cover over the opening to access the roof which tumbled and the edge pierced/punctured my flat roof. Water came into my 3rd floor unit right down through the light fixture. I called at least 6 Roofer either no answer, no show or showed promised to do work but never followed up. My neighbor recommended Chicago Flat Roof Co. I called Terry Miller direct and he responded within the hour we spoke he reached out to his reps out in the field near me they were there within 3hrs completed repair in about a hour. Very respectful of my property when left their material onto the roof ...explained what they saw and how they would address took before and after pictures and sent to me while on site. Look elsewhere! Terrible communication. Showed up to work on our multi-unit building when nobody was home to let them in and with no notice. No apologies provided on behalf of the tenants who were surprised by workpeople showing up unannounced. Did not complete the job, left the bottom of the downspout too short, open and pouring water into our back yard. When I called he said he would send someone out the next week, that was 6 months ago and I have repeatedly called and emailed with no response, no call back from Terry. I stupidly paid ahead of the work being complete. Lesson learned. Stay away, this company sucks. Services: Roof repair, Gutter installation, Gutter repairs
