Amazing service i was surprised

Called due to loss of power in half my house. The phone representative stated they’d call the on call technician and someone would reach me. After an hour of no response I called for an update, and received the same response. Only this time I was told to wait 30-45 minutes. Again, no call received from the on call technician after an hour. So I tried a third time, as of yet, there is no response and no acknowledgement of my calls. I do not recommend this company and would rate 0 stars based on my experience but it will only let me choose one star as the lowest rating.
