We had to rewire the entire residence because the building was old. Called STS Electric, they got here, reviewed everything, gave us a pricing and time frame and everything was history. Called due to loss of power in half my house. The phone representative stated they’d call the on call technician and someone would reach me. After an hour of no response I called for an update, and received the same response. Only this time I was told to wait 30-45 minutes. Again, no call received from the on call technician after an hour. So I tried a third time, as of yet, there is no response and no acknowledgement of my calls. I do not recommend this company and would rate 0 stars based on my experience but it will only let me choose one star as the lowest rating.

STS Electric team is very efficient, and provided commendable quality services in our house. Jose and Rudy came to our place on time and took care of all our concerns in a timely manner. They were very thorough in details and delivered high end quality. I would highly recommend STS Electric services. I have recommended them to few of my friends who opined the same review.
