I just moved into a house and notice water on the kitchen floor. I googled plumbers and chose this company because of the reviews. Everyone was saying how knowledgeable and friendly they were. I experienced Mannie and I must tell you he is the best! I felt like I’ve known him for years and he is so knowledgeable. He explained everything to me, mind you he came for my kitchen sink but gave me tons of information from how to keep pipes clear and flowing to thermostat settings, weather proof doors to hot water heater longevity. Got this number from H. W. H. R Chicago. Walter did not show up for the first scheduled appointment and no response was received after missing the second scheduled appointment. I will be contacting a more reliable plumber.
