Alex was very helpful and responsive in installing 2 new water heaters. He arrived on time, completed the work efficiently, and followed-up after a couple days to make sure hot water was running properly throughout the house. Overall impressed with the quality of work, highly recommended.
I would recommend Alex to anyone and go back to him myself for any future plumbing needs. He was responsive - Alex was prompt when communicating via calls/texts/emails and coming out to inspect our plumbing issue. Most of all he is trustworthy - Other companies were trying to upsell us and push us to do work that was way more than necessary. Alex took the time to inspect our sewer line, show us the results, explain and make an honest recommendation.
