I called and scheduled service to patch a leak in my roof. I explained that my home was a two story and needed them to tell me the extent of the damage and quote me if I needed to involve my insurance. The appointment was scheduled for Monday and payment options were discussed. I thought everything was set only to receive a voicemail on Saturday morning stating that they did not work on two story homes. This has left me in a bind and unable to get someone else out on such short notice as is now a holiday weekend and we are expecting severe thunderstorms on Tuesday. It would have been courteous for the customer service person to know what kind of services they offered instead of accepting my business only to waste my time in the end.

Never in my life have I been mistreated or talked to so badly. Price changed twice. This is after a down payment was made. Then he wanted the entire payment upfront the day he was to start work. Lopez and Company were not only very responsive, but very professional as well. They were the only company out of the 5 that were called that came and gave us a quote. They completed our job in a timely manner, even when delayed by weather. Would absolutely use again.
