We had a last minute need for an electrician for an office configuration. After reading the positive reviews on here I put in for a quote and they responded within minutes and worked something out for us. The office service was communicative and on time, also he was professional, friendly, and efficient. We had an extra request regarding some electrical work that was a little bit tricky and he figured it all out for us. I will definitely call Elixir Electrician again.
Not sure where all of these 4-5 star reviews (are they even legit?) are coming from as my experience with Elixir has been terrible. Completely unresponsive, never call me back, tell me a technician will come by or call....then nothing. Have been trying to get an estimate for a month. I give up on this place and am moving on to another company.
Elixir Electrician arrived the following day to assess and fix my entire homes appliances, lighting and garage which was all severely damaged due to thunderstorms. They were able to safely return my home back to it's glory by replacing all faulty appliances, cleaning up after the work was completed, and even providing me insight on how to prevent my appliances from getting damaged in the future. The service was very professional and would definitely recommend.
