I never ever do google reviews, so for me to do a review says that The Team at Savage Roofing are A+++++. They came in replaced our roof on our home and detached garage damaged by a storm , they also replace our old gutters. Everything from the Sales person Angel coming out giving us our estimate and working with our insurance company to completion of our work, was seemless and 100 % stressLESS. The owner came out the day before the work was to be done, to introduce himself and to make sure everything that was needed was there. They also cleaned up after themselves!!! From the Owner to the roofers to the the Ladies who work in the office, they all operate in Excellence. They emailed at the completion of our work with picture of before and after. My Husband and I are 1000% pleased with their work. We recommend them for your big and small jobs, from your home to your buisness. I cannot recommend Daniel and his team highly enough. Our home sustained roof damage from a storm and from the very first interaction with Daniel, he was nothing but professional. He educated me on the process for filing an insurance claim, he worked directly with the insurance company, and his team kept me updated every step of the way. The biggest problem I had was the lack of responsiveness from my insurance company, but Daniel's team were persistent until they got a response. Daniel even did a secondary inspection of my roof from the inside of my house in which he determined that all of my roofing boards needed to be replaced. He worked with the insurance company to get them to cover that. When it came to the to the actual work. the professionalism continued. The work had to be delayed because of weather, his team called me the morning of to let me know they were shifting the work by one day. Savage Roofing took care of our roof that had hail damage within one day! The crew was here by 7AM and completed the job by 3PM. Their clean up was detailed and they were easy to get ahold of during the entire process. The entire process was completed within 1 month from the first meeting with insurance to the completion of the job. I would highly recommend Savage for your roofing needs!
