Tech was on time and professional. Explained everything that needed to be done once he identified the broken sewer line. Cleaned up after each task and covered all my furniture to keep concrete dust off of everything. Just talked to my insurance claim agent today after she inspected the water damage and gave her a good recommendation for future homeowner jobs.
