This company was exceptional! My 16 year old water heater went out on Tuesday (8/31) and on Thursday (9/2) Bob Sr. came out to install a new one. I’m so happy we now have hot water! We’ve used RC Szabo twice now, once for a simple drain cleaning and recently for a sewer back-up in the laundry room. We were happy the first time we used them and had no hesitation calling for help with the sewer back-up. The job was a bit challenging because the pipes are wonky so it took a while to fix it. Rich was very thorough and made sure everything was cleaned and and working perfectly before he left. We feel we paid a fair price for a tough job and highly recommend them.
