The gentleman who came out to do the maintenance was great. Quick, thorough, and fixed the issues without trying to add on extra fees. If I have any issues in the future, I feel like I could call this company and get our problems resolved in a timely, cost effective manner. I would recommend Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone.

I am really impressed with this business. Brian showed up to give us a price. He spent time discussing the many possibilities for upgrading our really outdated unit. He answered all of my concerns and was very knowledgeable about the technology that their organization uses. The two installers that came out to us were really kind and went above and above to make sure everything was working properly. Before they left, I was told of the unit's operation and any variances in the sound it makes while it runs. We are excited to collaborate with them to maintain our new system well!

Renne was the service technician and she was very polite, patient and professional . Very helpful and answered any questions that i had. Renee has helped tremendously with trouble shooting and repair. He has been here before and is extremely professional and helpful. Would definitely ask for him and recommend him moving forward !Would highly recommend her !!!
