Your representative was the best, most professional individual that has come to service my unit. I have had issues in the past and the repair persons spent more time trying to up sell me from charging more for free on to showcasing new units than actually servicing my air conditioner. Your representative on the other hand, got the job done and was professional all the way. I will certainly refer your business to others.
Josh did such a wonderful professional job for me today! He was able to diagnose a manufacturing defect with my furnace and gladly provided photos so I can contact the manufacturer for a warranty issue. Thanks again to Josh for your professionalism and knowledge with assessing the problem!!
