Excellent!! This is a process, and one of the easiest processes I have experienced!! Gil H made every step clear and concise, from the first call, to the analysis of the roof, and the insurance claim itself. We were approved for a new roof and gutters! Gil H is honest, quick to respond to any and all inquiries, communication has been awesome throughout our experience! There was a small hiccup with some flashing, and Gil was quick to respond and work to resolve the issue. I can't say enough about the timely communication and ease of process! Erica and her team at 123 Exteriors were amazing. They helped us work through our insurance claim step by step. Anytime I had a questions she was quickly available to handle it. She explained things in a simple way so the confusing stuff was not so confusing. Erica also made every effort to keep us informed about what was happening and when it was going to happen. The crews who came out to do the work did a wonderful job. They were kind and careful. They took extra care to make sure my son's pumpkin did not get damaged while they were working (it was on a vine still growing).
