They charged me $400 to put a wax ring on a toilet. It didnt work and the leak persisted. I asked, "is there an issue with the wastline?" They wanted to charge me $700+ to send a camera down a 20ft pipe, plus $400 dollars to cut a whole in my drywall. If you're keeping score - that's $1,500, just to tell me what is wrong with my toilet. I would never do business with this company or recommend them to anyone.

We have used Jim Wagner in the past had a great review for our technician. This time was another story. We had a leak coming from our upstairs bathroom down into the ceiling of my daughters nursery. Which was very concerning. The fix was a new toilet…then there were other things around the house that got added to the bill = $8,000+ of work (none of which fixed the original problem of the leak. Had a second opinion and turned out the whole bathroom had to be gutted and repaired. I felt very taken advantage of and called to cancel all the excess work. Will likely not be using them again.
