I have had issues with my toilets as well as a noise from my plumbing for years. I've tried snaking the lines multiple times without a solution. I called Robert Bair because I trust them as the best plumbers I know. Adam and Vincent were on time, very knowledgeable, and were able to come up with a perfect solution in 30 minutes! If I could give 6-stars I would. Thank you Adam and Vincent for your help in solving this issue. I can tell you both have a passion for your industry and helping others.

Mark did an excellent job. Quick and efficient. Replacing 2 valve cartridges in approximately 45 minutes. It did help that I had things prepared. Water was shut off and drained, and both valves were partially disassembled, ready to replace the cartridges. And after he changed the cartridges, I finished the remaining reassembly of the valves. I was very satisfied with the job he did, however, $301 for less than an hour of work seems out of line.
