Jim S was our technician, and he was great. Very professional, knowledgeable and competitive on price. They arrived on time and finished ahead of plan.
I can't say enough good things about this company and the people that work there.. They went above and beyond to help me. I was in a terrible situation terrible. They helped me to get everything redone and my tenant back to normal. The best customer service I have dealt with. Please dont look anywhere else.
My plumbing was backing up on a Saturday evening around 8:00pm! After calling several plumbing companies, Bair was the first to call me back (by far) by a knowledgable tech who understood my issue. Although he was already on a job that night, we agreed he would come out the first thing on Sunday. He did what he said and came out to get the needed repairs on track!
