Stephens couldn’t help today with an in-home appointment when our laundry tub pump stopped working, but was able to provide the parts and advice for me to do it myself. This was over-and-above help in my opinion.
I highly recommend Stephens. I have used them for a water heater, gas line leak and to replace two outdoor spigots. The plumbers call before showing up and have been very professional. They communicate throughout making repairs and give you options. My last service with them was for the spigot replacement. Rich was the plumber they sent and he did an excellent job. Their prices are fair and use quality parts. I will continue to use Stephens for all plumbing needs at my house.
