5 stars is not enough! I highly recommend Compass Heating and Air! They are very knowledgable and professional. They serviced both our air unit and furnace. I purchase the one year service and they send me a friendly reminder to book my appointment, when I forget (LOVE IT). Tyler was our technician today and explained in detail everything he did at our visit. I really appreciate that they left the area clean and vacuumed. Compass installed our heat pump and we are thrilled with the results! My house has never been this comfortable! Mike was great during the quoting process and was able to fit us into the schedule super fast. The installation team was so nice and they worked tirelessly to ensure everything was working properly and that I knew what to do with this new system. They also made sure they cleaned up before they left, which I really appreciated. Communication was great and they helped me get the rebates I needed. If you're looking for heat pump installation in Lombard, definitely check out Compass. As a newer technology it was tough to find local heat pump installers who were knowledgeable. Mike and his team are heat pump experts!

I don't usually write reviews, but I have been so pleased with Compass Heating and Air and the service I have received from them - especially their service technician Joe - that I just had to write one. We've had Joe out three times now for either troubleshooting heating issues or routine maintenance (we have gone to specifically requesting Joe for everything). Each time Joe has been extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful, informative, and quick to get things resolved. This last time we were having issues with our heat kicking on. I reached out and Joe was able to squeeze me in and had everything addressed within 90 minutes of my initial call. I could not be happier with the service I have gotten from Joe and because of him, I highly recommend Compass to all my friends and family!
