fantastic! Miguel worked with us to achieve our home/plumbing needs (including new gas and water lines for our appliances to be installed). He was very knowledgeable, thorough, professional, responsive & friendly. The Scheduling flexibility was much appreciated, as my husband & I’s busy work schedules tend to overlap/conflict. My kitchen sink was all back up and lifeline came out ASAP when my association contacted them. Nathan was great! Very informative and got my sink flowing again. He even cleaned up after which no plumber ever does!
Both the office and the technician were very professional and friendly. The tech (Mike D.) was great at explaining important details about my water heater issue and various options I had.
