I have previously used Harold’s Roof repair twice to replace roofs on other properties. Their work then was excellent. My recent roof replacement was needed due to storm damage. Josh Ackerland, owner, did a complete damage assessment, handled the insurance arrangements, and checked on the job process. The work.crew was a friendly and a very efficient team. Harold's roofing is exceptional. They were professional, timely and thorough in their estimate. Some companies tried to take advantage of the recent hail storm and would come out and do an "estimate" without even getting up on the roof and taking a good look. From start to finish, I was confident that Josh and his team would do a good job. After day 1 of my roof installation, there was an unanticipated passing shower. They came back at 10pm or so and got on the roof to make sure it was water proof and would be safe given the passing rain. They then finished a few days later. True story. Called and got an appointment to come look at roof with Josh. He texted me (not professional) the day of the appointment that he had driven by our home and saw that it was 2 story and he was just too busy for that. You are a roofing company but too busy to use a ladder? You wasted my time and my day and if you were too busy when we first made contact you should have just said so. Also please be an adult and call people not text them.
