Paid over $150 to have Brandon come do a routine clean of the A/C system/condenser, which is only a couple of seasons old (they installed the new system—why I called them to service it). This was at my fathers house in Washington. Brandon spent a bit of time, went downstairs and outside. I asked him if he was sure everything had been serviced to air condition the house. The reply was “all good to go, I cleaned everything”. Less than a couple of weeks and the basement had water pooling, a lot of water. . It was water from a severely clogged condenser drain line. It had backed up. Guess Brandon didn’t check everything! I won’t be calling them back for routine service or any other service again. I doubt he did anything other than pull some stuff off the condenser. Definitely did not go through and check everything as he claimed. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Brandon jumped on our situation (sudden loss of ac in extreme heat) with speed and professionalism. Sent me a realistic proposal electronically the very next day. Days not weeks later we had a brand new York high efficiency system installed. Day after a major holiday as well. As a Carpenter who has dealt with dozens upon dozens of crews from all trades necessary for residential construction Brandon and Accurate are amongst the best.
