Professional, friendly, and fair. We contacted our home warranty company (what a joke), after 24 hours they “couldn’t find anyone” to take our claim for our AC being out. My husband found Diamond Climate Control and called, right away Jim answered and threw us on his schedule that afternoon. He met my husband, and had our AC running in a matter of 90 minutes. He didn’t try to sell us on things we didn’t need, and he was friendly and kind, and definitely affordable. We will recommend him to anyone and everyone and will definitely be contacting him in the future is issues arise. Thank you, Jim for your outstanding service. Service: A/C system repair
I called a few companies and even had one come out for estimate.. the guy that came out didnt seem to know to much so that's when I called diamond climate control explained to Jim what was going on and he was very up front about everything and came out at 7pm that night to take a look and had me an estimate the next morning.. he is very professional, polite, honest and no funny business. The price was very reasonable and Jim very punctual he also had good vibes so we went with him. Very pleased with the final results, the length of time it took and how detailed Jim was to make sure everything was running right before even taking the second half of payment and leaving my house. I will recommend Jim to anyone who asks for recommendations and for future work needed on my AC and furnace.
Jim and Jamie came out and installed a new furnace, evaporator coil and condenser into my home. Very professional and stayed to see the job through to completion. Next morning Jim followed up to make sure everything was working good and if I was satisfied. Couldn't ask for a more professional duo. Highly recommended and I will be using them for all of my service needs. Photos included are of near completion of the project. Once again, highly recommended.
