After having an emergency call for a gas leak we called fox valley plumbing to come out and fix it. It was a bit more than we were expecting so I called the owner who said that the tech never left and worked diligently to fix the problem. We had multiple gas leaks and he fixed every one. The owner even said he appreciated me calling him and told me if we need help with anything else like electrical or plumbing to give him a call and he can recommend someone. We really appreciate them coming out so quick and getting it all done in one day so we could turn our water heater and furnace back on. Fyi I left a negative review originally but after talking to the owner directly changed it to a positive review so not sure if it will still show his response or not.

Fox Valley Plumbing saved me the cost of an emergency call on my sump pump by walking me through what needed to be done on the phone. Excellent coaching and outstanding customer service. I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs going forward!

We are selling our home and needed to make sure all plumbing was up to code. We called Fox Valley Plumbing, they sent out a tech, he showed us what repairs we needed to do, he fixed all our issues the same day. The tech was very clean, professional, and did an outstanding job, the price was great. We will always call Fox Valley Plumbing for any future projects. And by the way, there was not one plumbing item listed on the home inspection report :) Thanks again.
